Feelings of shock, bewilderment & sometimes anger when you realise how much the traditional real estate industry takes from the sale of your home.
If you’ve experienced Commission-Shock, you are not alone. It’s estimated to afflict over 90% of home sellers worldwide, and until now there’s been no known cure.
Take Bob for example, he presented his home immaculately and priced it realistically – enabling strong buyer interest & multiple offers… resulting in an efficient sale, at a premium price of $400,000.
There’s no doubt his agent made a difference. Adding professional advice; smart marketing; and skilled negotiations to the mix. But ultimately outlaid very little in marketing costs and only 5 hours of direct work on Bob’s behalf before claiming close to $15,000 in commission.

Is $15k really fair compensation for the work done on his behalf?
Why did Bob have to pay the same fee as his neighbour who wallowed on the market for six months, needing 3-4 times as much work and marketing costs by the agent?
Why is it that Bob had to pay twice as much commission as his friend across town who sold a $200,000 home?
Dwelled on, these questions can lead to ‘Acute Commission-Shock Syndrome’ – more commonly known as ‘Commission-Rage’. It’s the way the industry has always worked, and for 100 years they’ve taken no steps to fix it. Meaning sellers have just had to put up with it. To needlessly suffer. We say needlessly because we’ve discovered a 100% natural remedy, that is making commission-shock a thing of the past.
We set out to find a cure once and for all. Like solving any problem, it started with understanding the cause. What exactly is responsible for commission-shock in the first place?
From there we could develop the antidote, redesigning the entire approach to selling your property. Making it much fairer and more efficient. With initial tests, we found commission-shock non-existent.
The next step was clinical trials. Which meant finding home sellers that were willing to help us prove the cure beyond doubt. Those trials are now complete. Over 165 pioneering sellers have successfully sold their properties commission-shock free. Together they have kept over $780,000 more in their pockets than if they had followed the traditional industry way.
