Our complaints procedure
If you have a complaint, we initially encourage direct discussion with the consultant with whom you have been dealing or our office management.
If you still have concerns, please contact Restate directly using the details at the bottom of this page.
You can place your feedback in writing using the forms provided below and forward this to the office and/or ourselves for follow-up and contact with you.
